Every year I intend to pick a tactic and make it favourite for many reasons. The main reason is that the tactic gives me titles. Last year a 4-1-2-1-2 tactic became my favourite, giving me many titles and European Successes.
This year I was born to attack. And this tactic was helped me in this aim.
Too many titles, too many goals. It is also very successful from corners. Using my mind and an old idea from Kevaggel, since FM2008, corners of this tactic are deadful for the opponents.
I am sure that it will work well with your team.

Suggested players for each position:
GK: Nothing specific
DR: Lahm is the best player for this position. Try finding a player with Lahm’s attributes or something like this.
DL: See DR.
DF: The one on the right. He is gonna to be the player that is going to score on your corners, so I ‘d say a good heading. (ex. Micah Richards)
DF: A good one
MC: Like Mascherano
MC: Like Veratti, Kroos, Pjanic etc.
AMR: A fast and decent generally guy. I ‘d suggest someone like Perotti,Nani,Quaresma
AML: Like AMR
AMC: Not easy to choose. It’s more like the MC. Veratti,Kroos,Pjanic can be the best in this position.
CF: Nothing specific I think.

what about players duty?
well in players duty is important because otherwise you wont have a clue what you have to do so if you dont get a players duty you are more likely to lose/fail.
try using more of common sence before you actaully ask this question because this is a trick question you can never play a game until a player has a duty eg. football; goal keeper that a player duty you cannot go on the pitch until you have a duty
and also if you have a game coming out eg. football Spain againt Argentina.. you must have been learning something so that what your player duty is going to be….. (L):);)
mate everyone can play fluid atackiing footie with those players . doubt it can work with hull , chievo , tenerife etc
In team activities players may have to take on different responsibilities to perform tactics successfully.
